Ayla Tantuni is a flavor journey that started 21 years ago with Rıza Şimşek's unique passion for tantuni. This story, which started by bringing Mersin's unique tantuni flavor to the streets, is taking firm steps towards becoming a global brand today. With the same traditional recipes and cooking methods, we bring the unique taste of tantuni to our guests in different corners of the world. This journey represents not only a dish, but also a culture and a flavor passed down from generation to generation. Our mission is to make you feel this passion in every bite.

One of the most important features that distinguishes Ayla Tantuni from traditional tantuni restaurants is our prime locations on the major streets of the cities.
Since opening our first restaurant in Bornova, Izmir in 2005, we have grown under the umbrella of Furalp Gıda and expanded our flavor network. Our talented chefs meticulously prepare each tantuni every day using the freshest meat and chicken. This meticulous approach ensures that we always deliver a high quality and exquisite experience to our guests. Today, with a total of 14 restaurants in Istanbul, Izmir, Germany (Mannheim), Dubai, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, we continue our mission to make tantuni a global delicacy.
